Gatekeepers

The Gatekeepers are a team of citizens of Active Worlds who volunteer their time to help newcomers, people with troubles, and to keep The Gate a safer, more friendly environment.

Gatekeepers can help you if you simply ask them your question. Don't be afraid to ask, everyone has probably asked it at some point.

So, how can you tell who is a Gatekeeper and who is not?

In your chat area you'll see the three types of text as in the image above. •Bold, or 'PS'(Public Speaker) is most always a Gatekeeper.
•Regular, thin text is a citizen.
•Text that is gray, and that has a name with quotes around it, is a tourist.

When on duty, Gatekeepers will be in bold. Occasionally, Gatekeepers will be wearing a special Avatar such as a flame. They'll assist you with whatever you require assistance.
